THE SAME WAY that the demands of every day life take us through a variety of movements, this Push Movement Conditioning Class will condition, strengthen and prepare the body to meets your daily demands with greater ease.
OFFERED TWO DAYS a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The objective is not to get you sore - the primary objective is to teach the best way to move and to gradually become better week after week - without soreness. The class focuses on a variety of movements emphasizing the ability to 'get up from the floor unassisted', optimal mobility of every major joint (in particular ankles, knees, hips, low back, spine and shoulders), and overall strength (lower body strength and upper body strength).
FOR ALL AGES, every skill level and abilities - as needed, there are modifications, regressions and progressions for any movement. Let us push you to challenge yourself into doing more - become stronger week over week - become more flexibility - -

Saturdays are a distinct class focused on simultaneous Strength & Mobility with every movement. Pushing our ability to stretch & reach with strength & control.
All movements are body weight based with use of the floor, walls and chairs - that can be done anywhere on your own at home or gym.
All movements are modifiable to fit each individual's ability, needs and fitness level
